National Risk Framework

 In Aberdeenshire, each service will assess risk as agreed within their Service.  The Multi-Agency expectation is that the use of the National Risk Assessment Framework will be commissioned by a multi-agency action planning meeting and be recorded in the child/young person's action plan accordingly.
